Burrata Caprese Salad

Happy Sunday friends! Lately, I have been loving making Caprese salads. Did you know that its colors are supposed to resemble the Italian Flag? They are super easy to make, light, fresh, and of course delicious! This Picky Girl still doesn’t care for raw tomatoes too much, but when you put them with any type of cheese – mmmmm mmmmmm good! Caprese  salad is just as delicious if you switch out the mozzarella for burrata, if not even more! Burrata is a cheese made from mozzarella and cream.
