Hello everyone!  For those of you who don’t know, WIAW stands for “What I Ate Wednesday.”  It is a recent trend that I have noticed in the blog world and I thought it was time for me to be apart of it!  As a dietetics student sometimes I get asked the famous question, “So…what do you eat?”  I know when I become an RD I will probably get asked this question even more!  So, in honor of this most famous question, here is my first “What I Ate Wednesday” post:

Breakfast:  Whole Wheat English muffin with peanut butter, strawberries, and of course milk!

Morning Snack:  Strawberry Smoothie and a handful of almonds

Lunch:  Edamame, cucumber, and water

Dinner:  Spaghetti with Tomatoes, carrots, and of course more milk 🙂

Evening Snack:  Handful of popcorn and chocolate/almond bar to fulfill by chocolate craving!
