Spaghetti Squash

This past week I tried a new Fall experiment, Spaghetti Squash.  It was super yummy!  It’s a nice change from your typical spaghetti and meatballs dinner.  Just be careful cutting the squash in half, it’s very tricky!  There are lots of recipes on the internet, but the one that I chose to use was

    I love the recipes you share since they can all be made quickly, they are healthy and they are delicious! I just got a spaghetti squash for the first time and made this Lasagna Stuffed Spaghetti Squash. It was really good and I left out the meat & used canned marinara.
