Baked French Fries


Ever want an alternative to those yucky fast food French fries?  Well you’re in luck because I have a recipe.  It’s a lot healthier and even though you can’t get them through a drive-thru window they are still easy to make I promise.


5 potatoes (Serves 5)
Olive Oil (enough to coat evenly)


  1. Preheat 400⁰F.
  2. Wash potatoes and cut into wedges.
  3. Toss in bowl with olive oil and pepper.
  4. Spread out evenly onto baking sheet.
  5. Bake for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
