Grilled Feta Portabellas

I have to admit this is one of the most delicious recipes I have ever made!!!  You should drop everything right now and make them right away!!!  I made them last night for dinner, mainly so that I would have a vegetarian option on burger night.  But, little did I know that the carnivores would almost eat them all before I even got to taste!  I did get to taste them and I promise you will not be disappointed.

Here’s the recipe!  Hope you enjoy 🙂

Ingredients:
1 package Mini Bella Mushrooms
3 tablespoons Greek salad dressing
3 tablespoons Feta Cheese

1.  Wipe dirt off of mushrooms with a wet paper towel and remove stems.  (Mushrooms soak up water so try not to use too much)
2.  Put mushrooms in a Ziploc bag and add dressing.  Leave mushrooms in marinade for about an hour.  (Room temperature is fine)

3.  After the mushrooms are done marinating, fill each one with feta cheese. (Discard extra marinade)
4.  Grill mushrooms for 6-7 minutes facing upward so the cheese doesn’t fall out.
5.  Enjoy 🙂
