The Picky Girl’s newest tasting adventure……Kale!!!!!! It is a great source of antioxidants and is an awesome new vegetable to add to your diet. My aunt and uncle came to visit this weekend and brought us tons of fresh kale from their garden. My mom looked up some recipes online and found this recipe for a Cranberry Kale Salad. I thought this salad was very yummy and well worth a try! The only thing is that I think I would substitute feta cheese for the goat cheese, just for a personal flavor preference.
And as you can tell by the follow nutrition label kale is pretty awesome!
