Well this rather warm week calls for a new smoothie recipe. Recently, my sister and I made a Berry Fruity Smoothie to cool off. I have to admit that this is one of my favorite smoothies that I have made so far! I think that the raspberries add a nice flavor to it. We added the following ingredients:
Chia Seeds (to add some fiber)
The raspberries, strawberries, and pineapple were all pre frozen so there was no need to add ice. I would suggest if you do not pre-freeze to add some ice as well.
Smoothies are a super easy way to add more fruits to your diet, a great to-go drink, and lets face it they are pretty yummy too! I hope you give this one a try and please let me know what you think!
