Happy Monday 🙂 My mom has been making this biscotti recipe from Cooking Light magazine for the past few years. She normally makes them around Christmas time, but lately I have been craving them so I think I will make some over Spring Break. Since I have been thinking about them I thought it would be a good recipe to share with you! They are a great study snack and really yummy! They are also a good low fat snack option compared to your normal brownie recipe. All of their nutritional information is provided with the recipe online. When I make them with my mom we normally follow the recipe exactly like it says! It’s super easy and I promise you will love them!
