Toasted Pumpkin Seeds



Happy Halloween Everybody! I finally got around to carving my pumpkin this year! And I found a yummy recipe on for toasted pumpkin seeds:

1.First preheat oven to 275⁰ and place a sheet of parchment paper onto a baking sheet.
2.In a bowl mix together 1 ½ cups of pumpkin seeds and 2 teaspoons of oil (I used olive oil).
3.Spread pumpkin seeds evenly onto baking sheet.
4.Sprinkle with sea salt.
5.Bake in oven for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
6.Enjoy 🙂

Pumpkin seeds are a great source of magnesium and I think they taste exactly like popcorn!
