Happy Halloween Everybody! I finally got around to carving my pumpkin this year! And I found a yummy recipe on RealSimple.com for toasted pumpkin seeds:
1.First preheat oven to 275⁰ and place a sheet of parchment paper onto a baking sheet.
2.In a bowl mix together 1 ½ cups of pumpkin seeds and 2 teaspoons of oil (I used olive oil).
3.Spread pumpkin seeds evenly onto baking sheet.
4.Sprinkle with sea salt.
5.Bake in oven for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Pumpkin seeds are a great source of magnesium and I think they taste exactly like popcorn!
